Tom brings more than 20 years of marketing services experience in both B2B and consumer programs dealing with consumer, trade and operations departments. He has spent the last 13 years leading the growth in the pharmaceutical and OTC marketing and fulfillment services for his clients. Working closely with his team, he makes sure that the processes are meeting the needs of the clients and that our resources are optimized to ensure the highest deliverable to his clients. Tom’s decade of retail management experience gives him the insight to ensure that all programs and promotions that we do at Cross Worx, address the needs of the consumer, retailer and the corporate objectives of our clients.  We design our programs with focus on implementation and ease of execution A hands-on approach to the entire operation is the key to success for our multi-tiered programs.
